Special Event: On July 10 we are partnering again with Canadian racing driver, Kyle Marcelli and have rebranded the day – MotoMarcelli to capture the fun, professional, racing spirit that Kyle brings to our sport. Kyle is racing a Ferrari 488 GT3 racecar in 2017 in the Pirelli World Challenge / Sprint X Series for R. Ferri Motorsport Racing. Track provider is DriveTeq.
Track/Location: Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (Mosport), Grand Prix Course (GP), Bowmanville, ON. Mosport is the fastest track in North America and third in the world. It has ten thrilling corners. Excellent conference facilities and ample exercise areas.
Event Date: July 10, 2017 (Monday).

Limited Access (DriveTeq Operated) GP Event Dates: June 5 – Mustang only – 6 spots, September 21 – 16 spots
DriveTeq DDT Event Dates: April 23, June 16, July 18 – 6 spots, August 20
Event Format: 1-Day event; 3-group format (Novice, Intermediate, Advanced); 2.0 ++ hours of track time /day. Clearly defined driving etiquette and rules properly implemented to facilitate maximum enjoyment at each level. Novice track drivers welcome and made comfortable. In-car coaching for all novices included. Optional for Intermediate drivers. All drivers will have FUN.
Programs:
Novice Program – In-car coaching
- Classroom Theory – understanding the fundamentals of car control
- Supervised In-car Practise – experiencing car control and exploring your limits
- Skills Focus – Vision, grip, car dynamics, braking, cornering and skid control.
Intermediate Program – Available coaching
- Review & discussion with a coach
- Lots of track time with like drivers
- Practise advanced driving techniques like visual vectoring, multi-input steering, G. loading, trail-steering, transitioning, and heel & toe shifting
Advanced Program – Independent Study
- Expectation of true advanced drivers to allow for maximum benefits of driving and training
- Lots of track time with like drivers
Cost: $650+HST=$734.50*
