Track/Location: Virginia International Raceway, Alton, VA. VIR is one of the great technical and fast track Road Trip destinations. It is a historic track that hosts several top races. It combines technical elements with speed. The facilities are outstanding. We normally utilize on-site accommodation and the garages. Track provider is David Murry Track Days. This event sells out regularly so please plan early.

Event Dates: April 17-18, 2019 (Wednesday & Thursday)
Package Inclusions: One-on-one coaching by one of our professional coaches; Accommodation on Tuesday & Wednesday; Trackside continental breakfast, snacks, and drinks; Pre-departure briefing/update including equipment requirements; general event logistics support; convoy support if you travel with us; alternate route travel options.
Additional Info: We provide an experience/adventure program. We employ consistent professional coaching techniques and curriculum. We add to your safety at the track and WE HAVE FUN!
Travel Info: Our convoy to VIR will normally depart in one or two waves. Most will depart very early Apr. 16 and drive for approximately 12 hours covering approximately 1200kms. Vehicle transport is an option. You may also fly into one of the neighbouring airports.
Event Format: 2-Day event; open group format so Advanced Drivers ONLY.
DriveTeq Cost: $2450 (Payment by interact e-transfer or cheque).
Track Provider Cost: US$799.
Exclusions: Generally anything not included is excluded. More specifically, your gas, equipment transport, personal transportation, accommodation and meals on the way to and from the track including Thursday night.
Registration Process:
• Go to David Murry Track Days to complete registration and pay $799 for the track portion of the event.
• Please confirm and provide $1200 non-refundable deposit to DriveTeq or interac e-transfer to Rick or Gerry for the same amount.
Terms & Conditions:
• Balance of cost payable prior to departure for Road Trip.
• No refund on balance of cost following our departure for Road Trip.
